(1) Before few days ago, when Kareena Kapoor was abroad for the shooting schedule of her Bollywood Forthcoming Hindi Movies 2011, she ate everything from pasta, to risotto to pizzas and still never put on any weight but luckily managed to lose a lot of it.
About this as per Latest Kareena Kapoor Interviews, she said that, “The magic of keeping fit is not just diet and exercise but eating the right amount of food in the right quantity.”
She relishing all the food items in the menu and not putting on an inch anywhere, she was the envy of everyone on sets who were desperately trying to maintain weight and thus had to forgo all the delicious and yummy stuff that was available there.
